Call Me Number One is exactly that – a look at a selection of UK number one songs from two different years in two different decades.

Over the years, I have collected many different types of music. Now I have the opportunity to share some of that music with you, here on your favourite station. SecondHandSongs is a weekly show all about cover versions. Each week we bring you an hoursworth of the best cover versions, from those which are hits in their own right to hidden gems, foreignlanguage covers, songs you didn’t realise were covers and more. On each show we will be focusing in on one or two songs to bring you the story of the song (TheCover Story), as well as creating a new “Cover Chain” each week, where we try to link different coverversions together. UK BLUES TODAY is a weekly show in which I play a selection of music from the Blues artists that you can see in the pubs and clubs around the UK in the forthcoming week, and occasionally I'll include some tracks from new UK releases.
